Grading Sheet / E-class Record on Distant Learning for S/Y 2020-2021 with transmutation formula

 

                        

Please read:

1. The computation for Performance Task and Written Works is based on DO_s2020_031 Interim Guidelines for Assessment and Grading in Light of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan.

2.  The transmutation table is based on DO. 8_s_2015.

3. This is NOT the DepEd official E-class template but you may use it this S/Y 2020-2021.

4. Please notify me if you found some error in the formula, this will be a contribution to improve this sheet.

Instruction:

1. Download the files and open the file according to your subject and enable editing.

2. Do not delete or modify the TRANSMUTATION.xlsx file, keep it in the folder location where you are editing the corresponding grading sheet. 

3. Each sheet is protected, just unprotect to edit the locked cells if necessary.
